About the Device
The PreciTRON uses a new and novel method of creating a localized atmospheric electrostatic imbalance. Among other things, this imbalance helps it attract cloud cover and induce precipitation in the area of operation. Without any similar, known competing peers, the technology is best categorized as ‘disruptive’
The closest current competitor is cloud seeding processes and technologies, which are exponentially expensive due to high support infrastructural needs, use exotic chemicals, and which have high uncertainty as regards results. In comparison, the PreciTRON is clean since it uses electricity only, comes at a phenomenally low cost, and has high certainty as regards final outcome. Unlike cloud seeding, the PreciTRON is as simple as switching on a light bulb and requires minimal infrastructure that is generally available.
Its association with weather means that it is ideally deployed for Emergency Applications. The technology can assist in emergency drought mitigation, correcting anomalies in local rainfall thereby supporting agriculture, horticulture, and water availability, in emergency wildfire risk-mitigation, and in reducing particulate pollutants, to name a few.
